5 Years Structural Warranty Structural defects of internal wooden frame and seat springs. 2 Years Warranty on Foam This warranty covers seat back and arm foams or fiber filling against total loss of resiliency. Foam compression over time is natural process of wear and tear. 1 Year Warranty on Fabric Tearing or ripping and yarn failure are covered under warranty. Textural changes over time due to wear and tear are not under warranty.
