For made-to-order purchases, we will contact you to arrange for the delivery at your convenience based on the delivery slots that are available as soon as your order arrives in our warehouse. Alternatively, you may either refer to the Order Confirmation email you received upon purchase for an estimated delivery date or contact our customer service team for any clarifications.
We would like to remind you that you are responsible for checking that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts before placing your order. Please refer to the product website for a detailed listing of the product measurements.
J. edition provides up to 3 months of free storage from the estimated delivery date or from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. After the 3 months' free storage period, storage charges will be at $50/item per month. To request for storage, please contact our customer service team.
Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. Standard delivery is free for orders of $500 and above and includes delivering items to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembling, and removal of rubbish. Please refer to the delivery fees for orders below $500:

An additional staircase fee of $25 per floor applies if an elevator is not available and the property or delivery destination is on the fourth floor or lower. The staircase fee is to be paid to J. edition during the point of purchase or directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement. Fees also apply to stairs within HDB maisonettes and landed properties.

J. edition reserves the right to decline or cancel delivery/fulfilment of any add-on service if reasonable access is not available or if it becomes dangerous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairs, obstruction of passageways).
Some addresses have delivery restrictions. This is especially for condominiums, private apartments and offices located in the central business district (CBD). Please check with your building management if there are any delivery restrictions before confirming your delivery details with us, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements in advance. Some common delivery restrictions include:

Delivery forms, deposits, or lift padding are required (note: our delivery crew will be unable to assist with the installation of lift padding)
